Stone Island Hand Paint Camo, AW2014-15

Questo capo, realizzato in un raso di cotone di origine militare, e stato tinto e poi decolorato con una pasta corrosiva in alcune zone mirate. Le parti stinte sono poi dipinte manualmente con un motive tartaruga. Questo procedimento, straordinariamente, rende ogni capo unico e irripetibile.

The pinnacle of their particular expertise, the Raso Hand Painted Tortoise Shell Camo Field Jacket is constructed from one of the definitive Stone Island fabrics. Starting off with a military grade cotton satin weave, it is then bonded with a polyurethane cover that made the fabric both water and wind resistant, then faded in selected areas with a corrosive paste. The bleached parts have then been hand painted with a tortoise shell inspired motive also polluting the Stone Island badge on the left sleeve. This extraordinary manual process makes each piece unique and unrepeatable.
